By accessing or using RealtorSage ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealtorSage is an AI-powered assistant for real estate professionals. The Service includes property analysis, price prediction, content generation, objection handling, market alerts, and report generation tools.

The AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional real estate, legal, or financial advice. Always exercise your professional judgment when presenting AI-generated information to clients.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

RealtorSage offers a free tier with limited monthly actions and a paid Pro tier with unlimited actions. The current pricing is:

• Free Plan: $0/month — 20 AI actions per month
• Pro Plan: $45/month or $450/year — Unlimited actions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate false, misleading, or fraudulent content to present to clients
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent usage limits
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by RealtorSage's AI is based on the information you provide and general market data. It is intended as a starting point and should be reviewed and verified by you before use. RealtorSage is not liable for any decisions made based solely on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealtorSage and are protected by intellectual property laws. Content you generate using the Service belongs to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealtorSage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Legal Disclaimer

RealtorSage and the SageAI Chat feature do not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. We are not lawyers, accountants, financial advisors, or qualified professionals in any field. All content generated by our platform—including property analyses, price predictions, market summaries, and AI chat responses—is for informational purposes only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Our AI tools may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• You will not rely solely on RealtorSage for legal, financial, or compliance decisions
• You are responsible for verifying all information and seeking appropriate professional counsel
• You must consult with qualified attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and other licensed professionals before taking any action based on information from our platform
• Your use of SageAI Chat or any RealtorSage tool does not create a professional relationship or legal obligation between you and RealtorSage

RealtorSage shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your reliance on our content or your failure to seek professional legal, financial, or tax advice.

12. Trademark Notice

RealtorSage is an independent AI tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) or any REALTOR® association. The term "Realtor" is a registered trademark of NAR and is used here solely for descriptive purposes to indicate the target audience (real estate professionals). No membership in NAR is implied or required to use this service. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage or agent.
